  Worst BPs experience ever. Supervisor on duty had a terrible attitude. Glass would sit empty for 15 minutes before a server would come around.

  Follow up. They tell me to enter complaint on their survey. But you need to have your receipt to enter the code to enter. Well I didn't save receipt. So the survey sucked to.

  Your a restaurant, your supposed to expect a busy night. Food should be the same if the place is full or empty.

  Since BP is a large chain I have come to know exactly what to expect. This restaurant was very consistent with good service and good food.
