  Was pretty disappointed in Owl Island Trucks. My partner and I went in looking to purchase a vehicle. Test drive one we had our eyes on, but weren’t fully sold on it. We inquired about the large writing on the building that said “Special orders don’t upset us” and he said to go on their web page and fill out what we were looking for. So we did. Never heard back, not even a follow up. We were pretty disappointed as we had heard great things, not to mention we love putting our money back into our community and independent businesses. Ended up buying our new vehicle elsewhere. I no longer recommend them.

  Love the welcoming energy Ben puts out when you walk through the door at Island Owl. I was in the shop before Sterling came on board but based on the customer-first attitude I got when speaking with Ben I'm sure it permeates the entire staff.
