  You are often on your own when you enter this store. The staff tend to have no idea what they do or do not have available for sale, and worse, have told me they had things they did not, and did not have things they did.

  Been trying to get warranty on a piece of carpet for over a year and a half now! You think after spending close to $50,000 in the store you would get better service...... keep getting the run around, not impressed!!

  Have had good experiences at this location. The staff are fairly friendly and eager to help in most cases. One thing I find about Home Depot is the staff rarely want to "match wits" like the Home Hardware type places...they just make an effort to help. I buy everything I need for home renos here.

  Great selection and pricing. Will meet and beat by 10 percent, matching product from other retailers. Watch for yellow tags as they mean vastly discounted merchandise. Great Custer service the majority of the time and knowledgeable staff.

  Had great service when I went in a couple weeks ago. Had to get a key cut but they had that station closed down because I came after work in the evening. They were happy to open it up, set up the machine and cut the key all while being friendly!
