Love this place! The interpreters all know their marine biology and ecology! So friendly and an absolutely delightful crew! Fantastic specimens from the discovery passage and even involve the public in collecting samples.

This is a very small building, but full of interesting displays. They recently added an octopus and had a naming contest. The winner was Calypso, but I prefer one of the honourable mentions, Octopus Prime :-).

My son has a passion for marine life and we spent a good hour here talking t the staff and learning about marine animals in the nearby ocean. I only wish we lived closer so we can visit more often. Thanks for the great educational n opportunities:)
