  Service is lacking. If there is no drip coffee available, the least they could do is bring the cup out when it is. This is particularly the case when the place isn't busy and I pay a 2 dollar tip on an 11 dollar order for two coffees and a cookie. We felt as if we were interrupting the at-work social lives of the employees, one of whom was slurping a fresh latte, made while I sat waiting for mine.

  The staff really know what they are doing. Friendly and always smiling. It'd a must stop every time I am in town. Great coffee too.

  Always a pleasure to stop in here when we are in Campbell River. Atmosphere, snacks and excellent coffee. What's not to love?
