  Worst customer service ever Justin the sales rep cant figure out the difference in trim levels told me that they advertised the wrong price what kind of show are they running save your self some time shop at a big city dealer!!!!. Thanks Justin for wasting my time

  I have been getting my car serviced here since 2010 but on my last visit this month, the service (engine oil and yearly) was less than expected. I was recommended to get my front brakes serviced and flushed so I went home and made an appointment request online but I did not hear back at all. So, instead I got them here in Comox and I saved money too because they said I didn't need to service the rear wheel brake service because the corrosion was mild. This place also checked the engine oil and told me it was low. So, the technician at Strathcona did not put in enough oil. I checked it myself and it was low so I had to buy oil.
