  These guys are first class. Sales Manager Shane beyond fair on our recent deal. I did a ton of research and he bent over backwards to make the deal fair for us and them. Everyone has to make money in business for sure, and these guys were going out of their way to make things happen for us. Couldn't be happier and enjoying our new to us vehicle. Highly recommended and stunning new store pretty slick as well. Thanks a lot guys!

  A week ago I had received notice from Steve Marshall Ford that the parts were in for a recall on my 2014 F-150. An appointment was set up and on that date I drove the vehicle to the shop. After dropping it off, a free ride home was supplied for me and I was told that when the job was done , they would send a ride to pick me up and they did. My truck was waiting for me all nice and freshly washed at no cost for anything. The people were polite and very friendly and with that attitude I felt great for the rest of the day. Thank you to the people at Steve Marshall. Keep it up.

  We got a flat tire the night before. Was able to pump it up enough to get to the dealership the next morning. Next Morning took vehicle in to get flat fixed. They were petty busy but were able to fit me in before the scheduled customer showed up. Was out of there within 25 minutes. Great service. Thank you. CW Hill
