  I had a very comfortable third floor room with a loft bedroom (!) and amazing view. The breakfast was standard, the FOH staff was lovely, but the room service left a bit to be desired. I stayed four nights and had my room “cleaned” once - all they did was change the garbage in the bathroom (leaving the old bag on top of my things on the counter) and exchange my tiny bar of hand soap for a new one.

  Beautiful third floor with nice view of the river. A second floor for the two beds makes for spacious living. Internet is fine except you have to re sign in again sometimes. House keeping late both days but not a big deal as you can call for towels and garbage.

  Great hotel right near the water. The woman at the desk that checked us in was friendly and chatty even at 10 at night. The bigger rooms on the bottom floors are quite nice with a lot of room. Our room had a bathroom, bedroom, and a small living room with a TV in between. There's also a mini golf course, exercise room, pool, and coin operated laundry room with a couple vending machines. The complimentary continental breakfast, like most Best Westerns, is simple with a lot of different choices. I would definitely stay here again for longer if I could.

  Five star rating is because of Michelle, the Night manager on the evening of our arrival. She went out of her way to accommodate our every need and was the sweetest person possible. Hotel is old but clean and right on the coast. We had a king loft with upstairs bedroom and living room downstairs. Really cool. Two TV’s. Great price but our stay was off season, in January. Don’t get excited about the balcony we could hardly get the sliding door open but the ocean air was great. We’ll stay again thanks to the wonderful staff!!

  Dated room needing repairs. Given wrong room. Windows left open so freezing on check in! No toiletries..no shower curtain! Iffy wifi. Loud banging pipes!
