  Went to get a chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream in a cup today, he proceeded to put it in a cone. When I told him it was supposed to be in a cup he said "well that was never mentioned" (with quite the attitude) and slammed the cone into the garbage can before making up the chocolate dipped ice cream in a cup. Terrible customer service. Maybe if you listened the first time you wouldn't of had to remake it.
