    The lawyer (David Tees) met with me in early 2015 to discuss my case, and shortly thereafter took my retainer. He followed up on my original concerns, met with another party who spoke to him on my behalf, and then proceeded to ignore all communication sent to him for over a year and a half. He never sent me a bill, and only yesterday returned the remainder of the retainer after a specific targeted email outlining that I was seeking other counsel. There was nothing resembling a full accounting, and nothing was completed in any kind of reasonable time frame.
