  Best experience in a travel place yet! Auburn Ivanisko was amazing! She spent 3 hrs finding us our best bang for our buck as we had 3 places in mind to travel to and she checked at least 50 different places, times, flights, places...ect. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much ladies your amazing!

  Kim is amazing. Have been here a couple times to book trips and will continue to go in the future. Very knowledgeable and looks into every detail. No reason not to go in and talk to these wonderful people.

  I booked a vacation with this company. 3 months before the trip it was canceled, (company they went through went out of business). so they made a new package (SAME PRICE!!) that was not to my satisfaction, arrive in the middle of the night and leave in the very early morning. so really I just lost two days of my trip!! This was a group trip and some people still wanted to go but a few couples didn't. There was a $150 deposit on the package I ordered, plus by this time I had paid off the full package price. I thought asking for my money back plus deposit was the right thing for them to do. Becides the deposit was for a package that dosent exsist anymore. when I asked for it back I was treated very rudely by the owner who acts very unprofessional.

  THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS I HOPE NOBODY ELSE GETS THIS TREATMENT. I ADVISE YOU TO USE A DIFFERENT AGENCY.

  after being treated this way I was told I can't get my deposit back and she doesn't have my other money right now.
