  We are very pleased with the warm service we recieved here. Im a private home care nurse and my client had to bring her very ill cat to the vet. The doctor here was on his own in the office and handled everything so well. Dr Neilson was great with my client and was kind in offering her the decisions available. I defiantly recommend this veterinary hospital.

  My dog was wrongly diagnosed and I purchased over $100. worth of medication which I could not get my dog to take. She had been diagnosed with an intervertebral disk disease and could not stand or walk. I took my dog to a chiropractor in North Vancouver (who also works on animals) who said it was not her spine but rather her pelvis. He made adjustments to each side of her body and she began walking again. I ask the Greenwood Animal Hospital if they would refund me the medications cost and they said no. This is a veterinaries' decision not a law of the land....after all dogs are notorious for eating all kinds of things that are not fit for human consumption. I have also had a different veterinarian refund medications not needed in the past. There is no justification in not taking the medications back and refunding me the money. I given a wrong diagnose for my dog and +++ expense for medications not needed. I am very disappointed in all accounts.

  I've never been to this vet with my lab but called after my dog ate a package of candy (and wrappers) that was left out by mistake. Dr Neilson was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Thank you .
